Data controller

The data controller is Gökhan Eyigül. TechPerLab is a brand name used by Gökhan Eyigül, and Sevkora is developed under that name. You can reach us at info@sevkora.com.

What data is processed

• When you write to us, through the form or by email: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
• When you submit the form: during the check that protects the form against automated submissions, technical information about your browser and network environment may be processed by Cloudflare. That check writes no cookie to your browser.
• When you visit the site: limited technical information collected through cookieless analytics and not used to identify visitors directly (page viewed, referrer, approximate country, general device type), and the IP address technically processed by the hosting provider.

No special categories of personal data are requested or intentionally collected as part of the marketing site. Please do not include such data in form or email messages.

How it is collected

Personal data is collected through the contact form and your email correspondence; visit statistics are collected automatically by the cookieless measurement tool used on the site. What you write in the contact form is sent from your browser directly to our contact infrastructure running at form.techperlab.com; the site is static and there is no server of ours in between.

Purposes

• Responding to your requests and questions,
• Providing information about the product and, where relevant, entering into a business relationship,
• Keeping the site running securely and without interruption,
• Understanding at an aggregate level which parts of the site are used.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 5/2-(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Article 5/2-(ç) (legal obligation) and Article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest) of KVKK.

Transfers

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Hosting and email infrastructure providers are used in order to deliver the service; the analytics server and the application servers are located within the European Union. Messages from the contact form are passed to the email provider through the server our form service runs on, and email correspondence travels through the same provider's infrastructure. The form security check is performed by Cloudflare. Data may be shared with authorised public bodies where legally required.

Transfers abroad

The hosting infrastructure of the site, the server the contact form service runs on and the Cloudflare service that performs the form security check all run on servers outside Türkiye. Information you send through the form, and the technical information processed during verification, therefore passes through servers abroad.

Form security

The contact form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. Verification happens on the server side; the result reported by the browser is not trusted, and the check writes no cookie to your browser. To limit abuse of the form, your IP address is held briefly in memory only and is not written to disk or to log files.

Retention

The contact form service does not keep your message in a database; it is turned into an email, delivered, and no record remains in the service. Your name, email address and message content are not written to server logs. Correspondence that reaches us is kept in our mailbox for as long as commercial and legal obligations require after the request is closed, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics records are kept in order to assess aggregate usage trends of the site, and only for as long as that purpose requires.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply
