Purchasing and goods receipt, stock and traceability, orders and shipping, collections and financial visibility. Sevkora goes deep in these areas and reliably records day-to-day operations.
Purchasing and goods receipt
Every step from placing the order to the goods reaching the shelf is recorded.
- Supplier records, product definitions and barcode numbers
- Product attributes and product grouping
- Purchase orders and receipts linked to those orders
- On partial receipt, the gap between ordered and received stays open
- Lot and expiry date tracking
Stock and traceability
Alongside the right number, how that number came about is visible too.
- Unit-level tracking by serial number and IMEI
- Warehouse and shelf management
- Full history of stock movements, each with the source of the change
- Available and reserved quantities shown separately
- For items with an expiry date the batch expiring first goes out first, and only batches still in date are released for shipment
- Inventory counts and stock adjustments
Orders and shipping
A single flow from the moment an order is taken to the customer's door.
- Customer records and sales orders
- Once an order is approved its items are set aside for it, and the remaining quantity stays open to other orders
- Recording a shipment posts the stock movement and the allocation together
- On partial shipment the dispatched part closes and the rest stays open
- Customer returns are recorded with their reason, partially where needed
- Returned goods are inspected first, then sorted as sellable, damaged or scrapped
- Shipping documents and order status visibility
Collections and payments
The money side of the operation sits in the same record as the stock.

Reports

- Define separate prices for particular customers.
- Carton and pallet management
- Track goods as cartons or pallets; if you do not need it, you never turn it on.
