Sevkora runs in a web browser, so a browser is all you need on any computer you open it on. We configure your company workspace with you at the start, around your warehouses, products and users. Products can be looked up by barcode number; support for dedicated barcode-scanner hardware is on the roadmap.

We work with you to bring over core data such as product, supplier and customer lists. To begin, we plan the field mapping together using a sample or anonymised file. If real data needs to be migrated, we proceed once the scope, purpose, retention period, access rights and secure transfer method have been settled in writing.

Sevkora is built around user permissions and per-company data separation. What each user can reach is arranged according to their role in the business. Before pilot use, the access structure, the data migration and the backup process to be applied are settled together with your business.

Sevkora is designed to handle each company's data in its own account space. At the start of the pilot, the data structure and user access are reviewed together.

Sevkora deliberately stays simpler and more focused; it aims to give reliable visibility over stock, orders, goods receipt, shipping and collections. E-invoicing and marketplace connections are on the roadmap.

We create your account for you. When you write to us we go through your warehouse, product and user setup, configure your workspace accordingly, and then send you your sign-in details. Once the pilot terms and your starting data are ready, you can begin using your account.
